Summer brights

Fresh and summery. Printed cotton flats in an array of colours. The shoes are cotton inside and out, making it ideal for the hot weather. The cotton allows the feet to breathe making for cool summer feet. The shoes are available at my stall at the neighbourgoods market at the old biscuit mill in Woodstock every Saturday from 9.00-14.00. Cost of the shoes are R350.

I have not blogged in a while and today I'm going to blog about some of the things that inspire me. Hope it will inspire you.

Firstly

I have been thinking of bringing out a men's belt range. Something simple and elegant.

Secondly

The Adriaan Kuiters menswear label, clean neat lines with a bit of nostalgia. The name comes from his grandfather who was a dapper dresser and like his grandson knew about style.

Thirdly

You have to go and see the documentary 'Valentino:the last emperor' It is beautiful, funny and sad all at the same time. The documentary starts on the eve of the fashion house's 45th anniversary and the big question, will Valentino retire.

If anything go and see the film just to see how proper runway couture is made BY Hand, yes every dress every bead by hand
